Tim has more than a decade of experience as an executive leader driving business development and finance for Fortune 500 companies. In 2009 Tim saw an opportunity to transform a family dental practice and design a business model that takes good practices to great by centralizing operations and allowing practitioners the opportunity to focus on their patients and practice comprehensive dentistry and a predominantly fee-for-service environment . Over the past 11 years, Tim’s focus has been on continued growth through acquisition of a number of practices across Northeast Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business from Jacksonville University.
Christi brings more than 30 years’ experience in client service and operations management in the US and abroad. Prior to her entrance into the dental industry, she held senior management and executive level positions at Merrill Lynch, Janus Capital and a Private Family Office. Christi has held seats on several advisory committees and served as a panel member at industry conferences. Christi manages the Company’s Call Center, IT and Physical Plant maintenance and supports key business initiatives. While a relative newcomer to our humble organization, Christi has been very effective in utilizing her 30+ years of experience with Fortune Global 500 companies in tackling some of our most complex projects.
Dr. Cueto is a third-generation dentist and received her dental diploma from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL. She has worked in the dental field since 2006 in various positions including administration, patient care and management. Dr. Cueto spent a year treating patients in an underserved community in the Florida panhandle, where access to dental care was limited. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional and Food Science from the University of Florida before attending dental school, and loves learning about food and its impact on health.
With more than a decade of experience in dental field administration, office management, staff development, and facilities management, Slavic brings extensive expertise and leadership to the management team. In this newly created position, he is responsible for guiding the management teams across eight offices and ensuring that every patient can receive the dental care they need. Slavic is dedicated to fostering strong communication between patients and clinical teams, supporting treatment accessibility, and enhancing overall office efficiency. His leadership helps streamline the patient experience and reinforces the organization’s commitment to compassionate, comprehensive care.
John DeVore is an accomplished operations and finance leader with over 13 years at a Fortune 500 company. For 10 years, he served as Director of Operations, where he streamlined processes, optimized workflows, and helped drive company-wide efficiency. He then spent three years as Director of Finance, overseeing strategic bank negotiations, forecasting, and product demonstration to support long-term growth. Born and raised in Northeast Florida, he brings a balance of analytical thinking and hands-on leadership to every role, with a passion for building stronger teams and smarter systems that deliver real results.
Amanda has over 13+ years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. She brings extensive expertise in benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and policy development. Before joining Alfa Dental Management, she served as an HR Manager in the security industry, including ADT and Safe Touch Security. She has held Senior Manager roles overseeing training development and quality performance programs, along with Collection Management with CitiBank Card Services. As an active member of SHRM, she is dedicated to both her profession and her community, volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity/HabiJax, US Marine Corps Toys for Tots organization, and the Jacksonville Firefighters Association.
